 We accept new leases with end dates of May 31, June 30, July 31, and August 31.

No pets, no smokers, no undergraduates, no law students, no lawyers, no exceptions.

 

We require first and last month’s rent with each new lease; no security deposit.

 

Please use this language in paragraph 29 of the standard lease:

 

1. Tenant(s) acknowledge(s) that Landlord uses ACH (Automatic Clearing House) payments for the monthly rent and agree(s) to provide their banking information to Plum Properties for that purpose. The Rent will be withdrawn each month on the first business day of the month from one bank account. Tenant(s) is/are responsible for funds being available.
2. Renewal or non-renewal of this agreement requires 90 (ninety) days notice to Plum Properties. 
3. Bicycles using our courtyard racks require a Plum Properties permit and a refundable $50 (fifty) dollar deposit.
4. Mailbox key requires a refundable $50 (fifty) deposit. 
5. Maintenance and improvements are ongoing. Co-operation with these efforts are a condition of this lease.
6. Tenant(s) agree(s) to put trash and recyclables in appropriate containers provided by Management in the rear courtyard and to abide by ordinances regarding lids on cans, proper trash storage, etc. Management puts trash out early Monday morning for pick-up.
7. Tenant(s) agree(s) not to smoke (anything) in the apartment, anywhere in the building, on the fire escape, or on the grounds.
8. Tenant(s) acknowledge(s) Paragraph 9 of the Lease titled "Consideration for Others" and understands that ignoring this provision may lead to eviction.
